Purpose and values workshops can be excellent in the room and oddly weightless afterwards. They rely on the facilitator, the energy of the session and artefacts that are rarely opened again.
I built Alignment Lab with the Training and Development team to turn the method into a repeatable digital experience. People reflect alone before contributing to the group, which gives quieter thinking some room and stops the loudest voice becoming the team’s answer.
Facilitators and participants get different views because they are doing different jobs. The facilitator holds pace and context. The participant gets a clear prompt, enough space to think and a visible route into the shared work.
